Where we ship
We ship within the United States only. We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses or outside the US.
Method and cost
Orders ship by ground. Room sprays, reed oils, refills and the FIELD GUIDE sample set are shipped by ground only because of carrier rules for liquids, so expedited air shipping is not offered. Shipping cost is shown in your cart and at checkout before you pay.
Processing and delivery time
Orders are delivered in 5-8 business days. You will receive an email with tracking when your order ships.
Damaged or lost parcels
If your order arrives damaged, email support@aurumcanyonview.com with a photo and your order number and we will replace it. If tracking shows delivered and you did not receive it, contact us within 14 days.
Sales tax
Sales tax is calculated by state and shown at payment.
