Returns and refunds

Unopened products
You can return unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. Email support@aurumcanyonview.com or call 385-223-9795 with your order number to start a return, and we will send you a prepaid shipping label.
Opened products
Opened candles, reed oils and room sprays cannot be returned, because used liquids and candles cannot be resold.
Damaged in transit
If something arrives broken, send a photo and we will replace it.
Bundles
Bundles are returned as a whole. Every item inside must be unopened.
Refund timing
Once we receive the returned product, we issue your refund to the original payment method. Your bank may take several business days to post it.
Return shipping
If you ask for a return within the 30-day window, we email you a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Once we receive the product, we issue your refund.
